I ordered from almina-concept.com and while I did like the look of the products and the site was easy to use, the delivery side was really unreliable. The estimated date kept changing, and I felt like I had to keep checking for updates instead of being kept in the loop.
When the order finally arrived, everything was fine, but it came later than I expected and the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be. I might consider ordering again for something I’m not in a rush for, but definitely not if I needed it by a certain date

The design just feels kind of old and thrown together to me. It has that cheap, messy look, like something you'd see on a site from years ago, or maybe like... I don’t know, it just doesn’t feel very polished.

I reached out to support twice and days later I still haven’t heard a thing. Give me a break, how hard is it to at least send a quick reply?

I really liked how these shoes looked when I got them, but once I put them on, the problem was obvious. They were so stiff that my feet started hurting after about 10 minutes. Because of that, I just can’t see myself wearing them again

The website was frustrating. Ugh. Every time I tried to open a menu, it took forever to load, which made the whole experience feel slow and annoying...

I ordered something from almina-concept.com and ended up having to return it. The return itself was fine, I guess, but the refund took way longer than I expected. I had to message them a couple of times just to find out what was going on, which was frustrating. I did get my money back in the end, so at least there’s that, but the whole process felt slower and messier than it should’ve been

My order did arrive in one piece, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was crushed and the wrapping inside looked messy, almost like it was just thrown together. I’ve ordered similar items before that came packed much more carefully, so compared to those, this felt a bit careless. Luckily nothing was broken, but for the price, I expected better

I ordered from almina-concept.com and overall it was okay, but I can’t say I was blown away. The items looked nice at first, though for the price I expected the quality to feel a bit better.

Shipping was smooth and everything arrived in good condition, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, a few pieces felt overpriced compared to similar things I’ve bought elsewhere, which was a little disappointing.
It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I don’t feel like I got the best value for my money. I’d probably consider buying again if there’s a good sale, but I do think some kind of store credit or small compensation would be fair given the quality didn’t quite match the price.

I thought the dresses looked modest online, but once I tried one on, the sleeves and chest area felt a lot more open than I expected. Maybe this brand’s styles just run a little more revealing in person, but it wasn’t quite what I was looking for

My tracking info barely updated the whole time so I had no real idea where my order was, and when I reached out to support they took way too long to get back to me and the reply wasn’t very helpful anyway...

I had a frustrating time shopping here. The website felt kind of confusing to use, and by the time I got to checkout, it just wasn’t as smooth as I expected. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but no, it was just a hassle. Getting help also took longer than I hoped, and at that point I was already a bit over it. Overall, it didn’t really feel worth the trouble for me

The fabric feels alright to me, maybe not the thickest, but it seems like it’ll do the job. I’d say it’s okay for what it is

I didn’t expect the return to be such a hassle. The instructions were confusing, and the exchange took way longer than it should have. It made me feel like I couldn’t really count on the company if something goes wrong, so I don’t think I’d order from them again

I was disappointed because it broke after I wore it only twice. I expected to get a lot more use out of it, so for me it definitely wasn’t worth it.

I was looking at dresses on Almina Concept and honestly... the size options felt limited. A lot of the ones I liked either weren’t available in my size or only had smaller sizes left. It’s kind of frustrating to spend time browsing and then realize there’s barely anything you can actually order. I really wish they offered more sizes and restocked them more often

The colors just didn’t look right to me. I was expecting them to be closer to the pictures, but they came out looking kind of different, so...

I ordered this and it took way too long to show up... the tracking updates were barely helpful too. Just kind of frustrating overall, not happy with the shipping speed at all

I ordered my usual size, it fit way smaller than expected. The item seems decent, I guess, but the sizing was so tiny on me that it was hard to really judge it fairly.
